You know how I love unexpected color combinations for fall? This is one of them. The bride and groom, along with their event planner Allison Jackson and florist Holly Heider Chapple, used the most gorgeous, deep orange flowers and made them pop against cerulean ikat fabric. It’s such an unexpected look for a Virginia vineyard wedding, but the result was fresh and fun. My favorite details are the amazing flowers arranged on top of the wine barrels–it ties everything together perfectly. Take a look!

As it’s easy to see, Virginia this time of year is so lovely. These pictures, along with the one year anniversary of my best friend’s Virginia wedding yesterday, have me a little homesick for my home state this week! Thank you so much to Anne Robert for letting me share this beautiful wedding.
