Charlie’s Saints and Stories-Themed Room + A Giveaway!

Home

A few months ago, I shared my inspiration for some updates in Charlie’s nursery, and I’m excited to share a few photos of the room today! I suppose this could be considered his “big boy room” design, since I don’t anticipate changing much as he continues to grow, other than converting his crib to a toddler bed and getting rid of the changing table (hopefully to be replaced with something more fun, like a play kitchen). The main changes we made were bringing in a few bolder pops to the previous pale blue and gray color scheme (through the navy gingham chair, extra wood details, and the colorful books on display) and updating the art, much inspired by the ABC Saint Poster by Studio Senn that I fell totally in love with. It couldn’t be more perfect for this loose “Saints and stories” theme! Scroll on for photos, sources, and details about a fun giveaway… :)

I am SO excited that Studio Senn is giving away an 18×24 Saints Poster to one of y’all! The winner can choose between the boys version, the girls version, or the “both” version like we have. To enter, follow both me and Studio Senn on Instagram and leave a comment on this post to let me know where you would put your poster in your home (or who you would give it to!).

Mamas, did you make any “big kid” upgrades to your babies’ nurseries? I’d love to hear what you changed or tweaked!

I love his room! It feels so sweet, but also like it will grow well with him for years!

I need to get the Saints alphabet poster for my office on campus. I work at a Franciscan university under their ministries team overseeing a student-run soup kitchen, and think this would be such a fun addition to my walls! Thanks for the inspiration!

So cute! I love him reading!!

I have the boys saint poster for my little one’s room right now — and LOVE it! We just moved him to his big boy room from the nursery; it’s so exciting getting ready for boy #2! I would do the boy/girl one for our playroom :)

His “big boy” room is adorable! I am pregnant with my first baby — a boy — due in early December. I’ve been scouring your blog for pregnancy and motherhood related posts since I learned I was pregnant and was thrilled to see this one today. I would hang it in his nursery with the other Saint themed books and dolls I’ve started collecting in honor of St. Andrew, his namesake.
