Ahh, Pippin Hill! Where do I even begin? Working in the wedding industry in the Southeast, I cannot even begin to count how many times I’ve admired Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards from afar. It’s a hugely popular venue, and like everything the Easton Porter Group touches, every detail is thoughtful, high quality, and perfectly branded. When my family started planning our trip to Charlottesville, Pippin Hill was my one must-visit. Even though Dave and I have been to Charlottesville five or six times for short trips, we’ve never made it there, and the one time I had an opportunity to work at a photo shoot there, I was on my honeymoon! In short, this visit was a looong time coming, and everything from the view to the food to the wine (we drank three bottles of Zero White between the eight of us) exceeded my very high expectations! These pictures were a lot of fun to take because I was SO excited to finally be enjoying this exquisite place.
Tell me, what’s a place you’re dying to visit? Another one on my list is Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. (If you read Southern Living, you may have caught a beautiful article about them in the latest issue!)
Beautiful photos! Where is your dress from??
Thanks, Melissa! It’s Lilly Pulitzer from a few years ago :)
1. SO glad you finally got to go!!
2. Yes to Blackberry Farm! I’ve been researching it like crazy, especially since the Southern Living feature on it. It’s on our list, too!
If you find a way to get there on a budget through your research, let me know, haha! ;)
This looks like such a fun trip! I need to add this location to my list of future travels!
Yes, I highly recommend it! :)
Take me back! I have my bottle of Rose waiting to be opened on my birthday!
I wish I could come share it with you!!
