The past week since I graduated has been such a whirlwind! I am so absolutely overjoyed about what’s ahead, but until I can share what’s going on in the next few months, I thought I’d share what I wore for my graduation. I absolutely loved my Southern-made Jolie and Elizabeth seersucker dress–I’ve been following their company since I saw them in Southern Living last year, and the dress was exactly what I had hoped for. I paired it with the Lilly Pulitzer wedges I scored on Rue La La a few months ago and a custom Kendra Scott ring I had made at their “Color Bar” in Austin. I have not had a typical college journey, and instead of getting a University of Texas class ring, I wanted something that would represent the three schools (and two sororities) that contributed to my college experience. I was so happy with how it turned out!
Even though this outfit was for graduation, I can absolutely picture it as a cute bridesmaid or wedding guest outfit as well–in fact, I’ll be re-wearing the dress to one of my friends’ weddings in August! Minus the cap and stole, of course. :)
Have a great weekend!
so cute! i want to steal that dress sometime.
Congrats Lisa! Lookin’ cute! =)
Congratulations, darling–and what a perfect graduation ring!
