To wrap up my Christmas party posts (see the inspiration board here and details here), I’m sharing a few of my favorite shots from the party! After enjoying some custom hot chocolate and snacks, everyone pulled out the Christmas cards I had asked them to bring. Writing (and receiving!) Christmas cards is one of my absolute favorite holiday traditions, so I provided a few fun craft supplies (washi tape, stamps, gold and silver markers, etc.) to make our cards extra special. I have some creative friends, I must say! After lots of crafting and girl talk, we took pictures in front of the photo backdrop I set up. All of my friends looked so lovely and I’m so glad we got great shots of everyone!

Thanks so much to my sweet friends for coming to my party and letting me post the pictures on my blog! I had such a wonderful time with these girls from all different areas of my life–the girl in blue is my high school friend Nicole who drove all the way to Austin from Texas A&M to be there, which meant so much to me. Now how long till I can start thinking about my birthday party..?
too bad i couldn’t fly in from pittsburgh :( i request you plan your birthday part in march or may so i can attend!

Oh my gosh what a cute idea! I love that you did a backdrop for photos. I’m going to a holiday party over the weekend and may suggest this as an idea.
Isn’t That Charming.
