TGIF! I have been looking forward to this weekend for awhile–it’s the end of midterms, and I’m going home to hang out with my family for a few days. Can you believe it’s the last week of October already? I still have quite a few items on my fall bucket list to get through before Thanksgiving–namely drinking apple cider, hiking in the Hill Country, and finding the perfect pair of riding boots to last me through the winter. One of the few things I have checked off is making a pumpkin cheesecake…priorities, y’all! ;)
{Elizabeth Messina shot the latest cover of The Knot, and not surprisingly, it is flawless. I wish the entire world looked liked her pictures! The dresses, the dahlias and peonies, the stone walls…so good. By Elizabeth Messina via Grey Likes Weddings}
{Multiple mini wedding cakes is right up my alley because 1. they’re adorable, and 2. I can never pick my favorite flavor anyway! These Miette cakes were the perfect charming desserts at this Paris Jazz Age-Inspired wedding. By Sonya Yruel Photography via Snippet and Ink}
{This bouquet might be my favorite use of ombre at a wedding ever. The whole dreamy Italian wedding was full of ombre details in sunset hues, from the bridesmaid dresses to the petals scattered down the aisle. By Josh Elliott Photography via Grey Likes Weddings}
{I would love to feature a Great Gatsby-inspired wedding someday, and this sparkly shoot solidified that desire even more. Is there anything better than an achingly glamorous lawn party, after all? By Ashley Photographer via Green Wedding Shoes}
Have a beautiful weekend!
I’m pretty sure that ombre bouquet is the prettiest thing I’ve ever laid eyes on. But then again so is that gown from the shoot gracing the cover of the Knot by Elizabeth Messina. So much goodness, Lisa :)
