Happy Friday! I’ve been saving inspiration all week for one of my favorite holidays–yup, Valentine’s Day is one of my favorites! Technically, I won’t be celebrating till the 17th when my boyfriend comes to visit (yay!), but regardless, the more pink, chocolate, flowers, and love, the better, right? I took that to heart in collecting all this gorgeousness, and my favorite blogs definitely did not disappoint this week. Hope this love list gets you as excited for the 14th as I am!
{I can’t get enough of this perfect sparkly dress, contrasted with a soft, romantic bouquet. It’s perfect for this Valentine’s Day-themed engagement party shoot! By Mark Brooke Photographers via The Wedding Chicks}
{I think this is my dream Valentine’s Day–heart-shaped cranberry buttermilk pancakes with lots of syrup, coffee, fresh fruit, and flowers. Yes please! Via Camille Styles (check out the link for the pancake recipe too!)}
{Is there anything more romantic than a love letter? I told my boyfriend once in passing when we started dating that I could never marry someone who didn’t write me letters. Needless to say, I now have a box full! :) I love this ethereal, dreamy, love letter-inspired shoot on Green Wedding Shoes, by Brumley and Wells}
{Photo shoots with fantastic themes always catch my attention, and “rustic Italian Valentine’s Day inspiration” definitely qualifies. This shoot was done in Formazza, Italy by an incredible team of Italian vendors, and I am about ready to book a flight! Pictures by Studio Fotografando via The Wedding Chicks}
{Like any Southern girl, I’m a sucker for a gorgeous bridal portrait! This bridal shoot done in a poppy field is one of my all-time favorites for sure…don’t miss the whole feature, because every shot is stunning, and the details are gorgeous! By Easy Dreamer Photography via Green Wedding Shoes}
{This DIY Valentine’s Day wedding shoot made me smile–how could you not, with the trail of pom-poms and quirky thumbprint guestbook (who else wants to do this with the house from Up as the picture?), as pictured, not to mention all the other sweet details in this shoot, like a ruffly cake and crochet hearts? Love it all! By Jessica May Photography via Green Wedding Shoes}
Alright, y’all, let’s hear your Valentine’s Day plans! Anyone celebrating a little early this weekend? However you’re planning to celebrate the ones you love, I hope it’s wonderful!
Love,
Lisa
