Ever since I made yesterday’s latte-inspired inspiration board for Hey Gorgeous, I’ve had gourmet coffee on the brain. You try looking at pictures of wedding coffee bars for a few hours and see how you feel! ;) In light of that, I found the perfect weekly sweet on My Baking Addiction.

I know I’ve only featured about a bajillion desserts featuring pumpkin, but that’s what happens when I start a dessert series in the fall, I suppose! I’ll try to branch out a little more next week. What’s your favorite non-pumpkin fall flavor?

We’re throwing a Black Friday autumn-themed shower for my brother’s fiancee, and since it’ll be the day after Thanksgiving (LOTS of pumpkin) we’re avoiding pumpkin. My mom’s making an amaretto almond bundt cake, but other dessert options we favored involved cinnamon, apples, and even pecan pie.
This was a close runner up to the almond amaretto:
