Confession: I am a wedding show addict. My Fair Wedding with David Tutera, Say Yes to the Dress, Four Weddings… I love them all. I just started watching the new show on WEtv, Amsale Girls, and so far, I’m a fan. The previews made it sound exactly like Say Yes to the Dress, but having watched the first two episodes, the main distinction is the emphasis on the consultants and their chemistry rather than a whole bunch of individual brides. That’s not to say there’s any shortage of beautiful gowns though! I’m in love with every gown I’ve seen on the show so far, so I perused the Amsale website to find some favorites. :)

{“Sierra” is my favorite to look at, but I don’t think I could wear it. I would feel too sad about sitting on the flowers on the back! But from the front…gorgeous}

{If you’ve been reading Something Pretty for awhile, you know of my love for textured gowns! “Dahlia” is no exception–so dramatic and elegant}

{“Magnolia” is the Amsale dress I think I would want the most. It has my three qualifications: sweetheart neckline, floral detailing, and a fun skirt! Plus, how perfect is a gown called Magnolia for a Southern bride?}

{SO cute!! Love the shape, the spaghetti straps, the belt, the peekaboo back, and the swiss dotted tulle on the “Liza” gown. Perfect for a whimsical bride!}

{“Ella” is feminine and elegant with that lace bodice, but the pockets give it a bit of a fun and unexpected preppy vibe}

{I like so many things about the “Lissette” gown. The slight sweetheart neckline, embellished bodice, and layered organza skirt are all beautiful, but the adorable bow makes the dress!}
