I will be the first to admit that in my hours spent perusing wedding blogs and magazines every day, I often skip right past the pictures of the men in order to get a better look at the bridal gown or the flowers or whatever. However, I’ve realized lately that I’ve been really missing out! Here are some dapper ways a guy can show off his own personal style…after all, it’s his wedding day too! :)
{Guys can never go wrong with a classic black tux, like on Grey Likes Weddings}
{Gray suits are my favorite! So sharp and classy, but more unexpected and fun than black. Can’t remember where I got this picture, but let me know if you know!}
{Beige suits, like on Southern Weddings, are perfect for summer and destination weddings, especially paired with softer color schemes}
{Navy sports coats with red dress pants are New England prep perfection, and a great look for a super-stylish bunch of guys, like in this Nantucket Style Me Pretty wedding}
{Nothing is more southern than seersucker! Another clean, fresh look for a groom who wants to make a statement on the big day, found on Southern Weddings (of course!)}
{Then there are the details! You all know of my love for gingham, so this tie is an all time favorite, from Ruffled}
{I feel like I shouldn’t even post these now that I’m a UT girl :P but I think these are the perfect example of personalized cufflinks, from Southern Weddings. I don’t know why any guy would wear boring cufflinks when there are so many fun options!}
{And of course, fun socks are a must! Love these on Style Me Pretty}
What’s your favorite look for a groom and his men? And to any guys reading this, I would especially love to hear your favorites!
Love,
Lisa
fun socks! it’s like fun shoes for boys!
I wish we’d been brave enough to try something like this! We just went with generic black tuxes, but then again we had a traditional church ceremony and country club reception.

I definitely love this post! I’m a fan of the gray suits (because it’s not as traditional yet still stylish), the socks (for a pop of color), and the unique personalized touch of cufflinks!! I love this!! :D
