Hi from Texas! I’m so happy to be home with my family this week–it’s the first time we’ve all been together since my wedding, so it’s extra special! It’s also Dave’s first Thanksgiving at my house, so I’m looking forward to introducing him to my family’s little traditions, especially my mom’s chocolate chip pecan pie. What are your plans for Thursday? I think Thanksgiving Day can sometimes be a little hard to dress for, especially if you’re spending it in a different place than usual–you want to look presentable enough to see extended family members or meet new people, but still comfy enough to watch football on the couch or help yourself to a second helping of mashed potatoes. What are you wearing on Thursday? After running in the Turkey Trot 5K, I’m thinking of changing into my navy gingham shirt, black pants, and black bow flats (super similar to these) for the last day of my fall capsule wardrobe!
