Something that has been synonymous with weddings for decades is that perfectly coiffed updo… aka hair sprayed stiff and pulled up elaborately with a bajillion bobby pins that you will probably be finding in your hair for days later. Not cute! That’s why I love when brides embrace simpler, more natural styles. Here are some of my current favorites!
I love how these looks are not only beautiful, but they also show off the bride’s personalities so much more than a stuffy “typical wedding updo” would. My favorite is the bride rocking a side braid… too cute! What’s yours? :)

i’m a big fan of loose, relaxed hairstyles. I’ve never liked traditional wedding updos, especially if (like me) the bride is a more casual hair kind of gal.
