Thursday Love List

Lifestyle

Every once in awhile, I come across a wedding or photo shoot that stops me in my tracks. I look at every picture a zillion times, marveling over the beauty and detail and love that was poured into creating those images. When I came across a Wizard of Oz inspired photo shoot on Style Me Pretty this week, I had one of those moments big time. It led me to look through some of the links saved in my favorites list, and I noticed that I am definitely drawn to photo shoots where vendors get to just have fun and show off their amazing talent! There are some seriously creative people out there, and I hope you’ll love these photo shoot pictures as much as I do!

{First of all, the INCREDIBLE Wizard of Oz shoot for on Style Me Pretty. This is the definition of following a theme without being cheesy or ridiculous. Every detail is sentimental and beautiful, and I can’t get over how cute “Dorothy” is as a bride!}

{This shoot from Green Wedding Shoes is one that I saved months ago. It’s inspired by Montmarte in Paris, one of my favorite places, and every detail aligns with one of Montmarte’s most famous features}

{This vintage bohemian shoot on Style Me Pretty made my heart skip an extra beat, because it features some of the most amazing creative talent in Austin, Texas, where I’m moving in a few months! And with people that create photo shoots like this, who wouldn’t want to move there? :)}

{This beauty, from Grey Likes Weddings, is about a Mexican destination wedding. It is detailed to the point that every item, from the decor to the outfits, are things that could really be packed into a suitcase. Creative and realistic}

{To follow up that Mexican destination shoot, how about a Cinco de Mayo inspired event? I can’t get enough of these fun colors! From Style Me Pretty Texas}

{Pink lemonade, popcorn, sparkly stars, and little treats? What I would do to be a guest at this glitzy inspiration shoot from 100 Layer Cake!}

After sighing over all these amazing photo shoots today, I’m dying to try creating one myself! It is officially one of my summer goals, so I need your help! What kind of theme, color scheme, or style do you think I should try?

Have a delightful Thursday!

Love,

Lisa
